Michael E. Garron is a successful personal injury trial attorney with expertise and concentration in accidents and injury cases. After twenty years as a trial attorney, Mr. Garron is well known for his integrity, work ethic, and genuine caring for his clients whether they are individuals or corporate entities. Over that time, Mr. Garron successfully handled numerous negligence cases to verdict in every court in New York City including Nassau and Suffolk counties. After starting his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County under the Honorable Denis Dillon, Mr. Garron gained valuable trial experience early by handing countless criminal cases. He is still actively engaged in criminal practice.
Following his term as a prosecutor, Mr. Garron began representing such entities as State Farm Insurance Company and New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company among other nationally known insurance companies as trial counsel where he achieved numerous successful verdicts before juries in New York City and Long Island. By working closely with the insurance companies in their defense, Mr. Garron became uniquely skilled at evaluating and handling personal injury cases from both the defense and plaintiff sides.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Garron was senior trial counsel for two respected Long Island law offices. During that time he managed countless cases from inception to trial for such clients as New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, Enterprise Rent A Car, Avis Budget, Maya Assurance Company, Fiduciary Insurance Company of America, and many others.

Seth D. Cohen is experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, medical and dental malpractice, and work-related accidents.
